Midsummer's Night Garden Event

Enjoy the sights, sounds and fragrance of moonlight garden vignettes throughout the property. A catered boxed dinner will be served followed by decadent desserts.  At dusk the magic  begins, as the moonlight garden flowers come into their glory. Witness nature's magic  at a luna moth release.  Cottage flower gardens are dotted around and you can make a posie bouquet to take home.

Dinner options include:

• Chicken Francoise with lemon basil cream sauce, wild rice pilaf, broccoli, snap peas, sweet red peppers
• Haddock Cottage Style,  (cracker crumbs, mushrooms, green onions, parsley and lemon zest) and wild rice pilaf
• Grilled Vegetable and Risotto Milanese ( Zucchini, red peppers, yellow squash, portabella mushrooms and eggplant surrrounds a center of classic risotto)
• All dinners include a Celebrate Summer Salad (Spinach and mixed greens topped with strawberries, asparagus, hard boiled egg and red onion)  and Butter Flake Roll
